CIMMYT is looking for an experienced IT Projects Implementation Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of IT projects. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, while ensuring alignment with CIMMYT’s strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that enhance organizational efficiency.Responsibilities- Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects from initiation to completion.- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues,



ensuring timely resolution.- Ensure projects meet quality standards and align with organizational objectives.- Manage communication with stakeholders at all levels.- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and tools.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.- Proven experience in IT project management, preferably in international or non-profit organizations.- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, Agile, MS Project).- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.- Problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail.- Experience managing vendors and third-party service providers.- Relevant certifications in project management are an advantage.
