and other CRM records.Create and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards.Use Salesforce Flow and automation features to support common business processes.Manage and organize CRM data accurately.Explore Salesforce features and identify common real-world use cases.Clearly document the steps needed to complete different Salesforce workflows.Review workflows and provide feedback based on your Salesforce experience.Preferred QualificationsStrong hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM.Experience managing leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.Familiarity with Salesforce Flow, automation, reports, and dashboards.Experience using Salesforce for sales, CRM, or business operations workflows.Good understanding of CRM data management.Ability to explain Salesforce workflows clearly and accurately.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Salesforce certifications are a plus, but not required.
