Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives through the application of Lean Manufacturing tools, driving process optimization, waste reduction, and the development of a continuous improvement culture. This role supports organizational growth by providing training, coaching, and competency development for operational, technical, and administrative personnel.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.- 2 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement, or Lean Manufacturing.- Experience implementing process improvement projects.- Experience delivering training and facilitating work teams and group activities.- Knowledge of training plans and competency development programs.- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools.- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).- Power BI knowledge is preferred.- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.- Strong leadership, effective communication, and teamwork skills.- Ability to develop and facilitate training programs for employees at different organizational levels.
