We are looking for a Program Manager NPD & Operations to lead high-impact programs and process improvement initiatives in a world-class manufacturing environment!In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams (Production, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Product Management, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance) to ensure program execution aligns with scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional teams to define project execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Manage end-to-end program lifecycles for NPD, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.Monitor project milestones, mitigate risks,



and drive root-cause issue resolution.Prepare and lead formal project reviews and status updates with Senior Leadership.Coach team members on the Product Development Process and project management best practices.Travel up to 20% (domestically and internationally) as needed.
