We are seeking a

Medical Manager

who is passionate about scientific exchange, building trusted relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, and supporting the successful launch and lifecycle management of innovative therapies.

As a

Medical Manager

, you will play a key role in executing the medical strategy, generating valuable field insights, and serving as the scientific partner for external stakeholders while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams at both the local and regional levels.

What we're looking for: Previous experience in

Medical Affairs

, ideally as a Medical Manager, or Sr. MSL, within the pharmaceutical industry. Medical Doctor (MD) – mandatory. Strong experience developing and maintaining

strategic scientific relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals

. Experience developing and executing

Medical Affairs strategies and plans

aligned with business and patient needs. Proven ability to lead

cross-functional collaboration

with Clinical, Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, and other key stakeholders. Experience supporting

product launches and medical launch readiness





is highly valued. Experience with

evidence generation, clinical research, RWE, or investigator-initiated studies

is a plus. Exposure to specialty therapeutic areas such as

Cardiovascular, Neuroscience, Metabolic

, or other innovative therapies is a plus. Excellent

scientific communication, stakeholder engagement, and project leadership

skills. Advanced English. Willingness to travel across Mexico.

Location:

Mexico City (field-based role with national travel).
