Owns technical and managerial support to field engineers, technicians, system administrators, subject matter experts, and product support personnel who are delivering, managing, maintaining, deploying IT services. Responds to incidents, problems, changes, escalations, and situations where support is needed to fix problems in malfunctioning services, operations, software or equipment.
