This role is designed to strengthen the team's foundation by driving operational efficiency, maintaining accountability across projects, and providing consistent support to internal stakeholders, licensees, and partners.While the primary focus is project and operational support, this role is also intended as a growth opportunity. The Assistant Licensing Manager will be expected to develop strong knowledge of licensing practices, build relationships with partners, and demonstrate the ability to take on greater responsibilities over time. In the medium term, this position is intended to progress toward managing clients and categories independently, preparing the candidate for future leadership within the Licensing team.FLSA Classification (US Only): ExemptPeople Manager: NoWhat you'll doProject Coordination & Tracking:Own the coordination and tracking of licensing projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are consistently met. Anticipate potential risks, escalate issues as needed, and recommend proactive solutions to keep projects on track.Operational Support : Prepare and maintain documents, reports, presentations,



and other deliverables to support licensing initiatives at both regional and local levels.Licensee & Partner Support:Serve as a reliable operational point of contact for licensees and partners, assisting with day-to-day needs, providing clear communication, and ensuring alignment with internal processes and standards.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with general and regional teams—including Retail Marketing, Marketing, PR, Live Events and TCG Sales—to align strategies and guarantee smooth execution of initiatives across Latin America.Promotions & Events:Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, activations, and regional events,
