You'll lead influencer relationships, manage our TikTok creator community, negotiate deals, and show up to photo shoots, pop-ups, and wherever else the brand needs energy.

So does the budget to act on them.WHAT YOU'LL DO- Own all social channels — content calendar, creative direction, posting, and community engagement- Lead influencer seeding and outreach — identify, pitch, and build lasting relationships- Manage and grow our TikTok creator community — these people are our megaphone- Negotiate one-off deals with larger influencers, with full autonomy to close- Handle all inbound partnership and collaboration inquiries- Be on the ground for photo shoots, pop-ups, and brand activations- Manage a real budget and make real decisions with it — no hand-holding- Track performance, report insights,
