You'll own Poco Bero's entire social presence — from strategy down to the caption.
You'll lead influencer relationships, manage our TikTok creator community, negotiate deals, and show up to photo shoots, pop-ups, and wherever else the brand needs energy.
So does the budget to act on them.
Own all social channels — content calendar, creative direction, posting, and community engagement Lead influencer seeding and outreach — identify, pitch, and build lasting relationships Manage and grow our TikTok creator community — these people are our megaphone Negotiate one-off deals with larger influencers, with full autonomy to close Be on the ground for photo shoots, pop-ups, and brand activations Manage a real budget and make real decisions with it — no hand-holding Track performance, report insights,
