Role Overview
We are hiring an
Enterprise Account Executive – LATAM
to drive new business across Mexico and the wider LATAM market. The role is focused on selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations, developing relationships with senior HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders, and managing the complete enterprise sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Identify target enterprise accounts and develop outbound sales opportunities.
Own opportunities from initial outreach and discovery through demonstration, negotiation, and contract closure.
Build relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, and other senior business stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a healthy enterprise pipeline across Mexico and LATAM.
Lead consultative discovery sessions and tailored product demonstrations.
Navigate enterprise procurement and buying processes.
Maintain accurate CRM records,



pipeline stages, and forecasts.
Partner with Marketing, SDR, and Customer Success teams throughout the sales process.
Identify new market and partnership opportunities.
Provide feedback on customer needs, competitors, and market trends.
Requirements
2–6 years of B2B/SaaS sales experience
, preferably with enterprise customers.
Demonstrated success against sales quotas or revenue targets.
Strong knowledge of
Mexico and the wider LATAM enterprise market
.
Experience navigating complex B2B and enterprise buying processes.
Experience selling SaaS, HRTech, AI, recruitment technology, or other B2B technology solutions is preferred.
Native-level Spanish and strong business English.
Portuguese is an advantage.
Strong CRM and pipeline management experience, ideally with Salesforce or HubSpot.
Comfortable operating independently in a fast-growing environment.
