You will build financial models, perform valuation and impact analyses, and help prepare materials for client and internal audiences.
You will work closely with deal teams and external advisors to manage diligence workflows and support timely execution.Job Responsibilities:Build and maintain financial models to analyze outcomes under multiple scenariosPerform valuation analyses, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, precedent transactions, and leveraged buyout analysisPrepare and review transaction analyses, including accretion/dilution and value creation assessmentsSupport day-to-day deal execution by coordinating with deal team members, clients, counterparties, and external advisorsManage due diligence workflows, including maintaining data rooms and tracking information requests and responsesReview and analyze company information and diligence materials to support transaction decisionsPrepare pitch materials, descriptive memorandums, management presentations,
