Position SummaryWe are seeking a unique position blending both,
1. generalist Project Manager, with,
2. the ability to specifically perform root cause analysis with the view to then also project manage the subsequent improvement project, all within the operations organisation / across operational processes.The ideal candidate will have approximately 5+ years of experience in project management, process improvement, or operational excellence, preferably within a technology environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the assessment/ "diagnosis", documentation and support the redesign, of operational processesIdentify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and process gaps through data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiativesPropose practical, lean, agile, process improvement opportunities/ methodologies to improve delivery speed, quality, and customer satisfactionEstablish consistent project lifecycle management processes, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within scopeFacilitate process mapping sessions in order to identify breakdown in process/ communication and provide sensible/practical solutionsProject manage change initiatives across a variety of operational functionsDevelop and implement project governance frameworks, standards, methodologies, and operating modelsBuild strong relationships with senior leaders and business stakeholders to align improvement initiatives with strategic priorities.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in business,



Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related disciplineApproximately 5+ years of experience in project management, PMO, business transformation, operational excellence, or process improvementStrong understanding of project delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery modelsEffectively articulate and communicate business workflow using standard methods and tools (i.E. Value Stream Map's, Swim Lane diagram)Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business improvementsExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience using project and collaboration platformsProficient in BI and D365.Preferred QualificationsPMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent project management certification desirableAgile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or similarLean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.Working EnvironmentRemoteTravel on a very infrequent basis e.G. 2 times per yearMust be able to adopt a flexible work schedule/hours to suit both the business and the post holder given the integral nature/coverage of the Operations function.This job description is provided as a guide to the main duties and responsibilities of the role.
