Citation and directory accuracy across all 10 cities
City page updates
Weekly rank tracking and a short Friday report
What success looks like
More of our cities in the Google top 3, with zero profile suspensions.
Must-haves
3+ years of local SEO for a multi-location business, ideally 10+ locations
Hands-on with Google Business Profile, BrightLocal, and LocalFalcon or similar
Understanding of what gets profiles suspended: keyword-stuffed names, fake addresses, review gating
Consistent, detail-oriented, reliable every week
Strong written English
Nice-to-haves
Experience recovering suspended profiles
Franchise or multi-location agency background
