Description
In this role, you will impact the reliability and safety of aerospace products by ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements, ultimately contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the quality engineering team to maintain high-quality standards in aerospace products
Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to identify and resolve quality issues
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
Ensure timely reporting and documentation of quality metrics and non-conformances
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
Minimum 6 years of experience in quality engineering or quality supervision roles,



preferably in aerospace or related industries, Continous improvement , Microelectronic.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory standards, and aerospace quality requirements
Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, root cause analysis, statistical process control, and corrective action processes
Experience with quality auditing, supplier quality management, and continuous improvement methodologies

Experience leading teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
Knowledge of aerospace industry standards such as AS**** and NADCAP
