Fronius is seeking a hands-on Repair Center Leader based at our Santa Catarina, Reciente León site to oversee a technical support team and a busy repair workshop.
You will coordinate diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and commissioning of Fronius equipment while driving efficiency and KPI performance.
You will lead and coach a skilled team, manage parts and tools, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure top-quality service and safety standards across all operations.
