We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Bilingual Recruiter to join our client team.
Key Responsibilities: - Source and attract qualified candidates for high-volume hiring needs - Review resumes and manage the candidate pipeline throughout the selection process - Conduct in-person interviews and assess candidates - Coordinate directly with hiring managers and the Human Resources department - Support fast-paced decision-making to meet immediate hiring demands - Actively participate in a fast-moving hiring process, where 60 to 70 candidates typically arrive each morning and may be hired to start the same day Requirements: - Previous experience in recruitment,
