Title IT Business Relationship Manager (OTC or FICO), LATAM Location 3 days/week onsite in Mexico City, expense will be paid Start ***** Duration 6 months Interview Immediate Role and Responsibilities - Partners with LATAM business leaders to translate strategic priorities into technology demand, roadmaps, and measurable value, while managing stakeholder relationships, priorities, risks, and adoption.
- Supports day-to-day operational needs through understanding issue and identifying the appropriate IT counterpart to solve issue.
Main Skills - Stakeholder management - Demand management - Portfolio and value management - Communication and influence (bilingual) - Business acumen - IT knowledge – SAP Specific to OTC or FICO Nice To Have: Strong experience with business partnering and managing difficult conversations (e.g. business wants x, but IT unable to support all demands right away)
