About the Role
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to specific client needs and market dynamics.

Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from role definition and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Leverage data analytics to track key recruitment metrics, identify trends, and optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders across various industries.

Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring professionalism and engagement throughout the hiring journey.

Requirements





Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.

Proven ability to develop and execute successful recruitment strategies for diverse and challenging roles.

Expertise in using various recruitment tools , ATS platforms, and advanced sourcing techniques.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

Demonstrated success in managing recruitment processes in a fully remote or distributed team environment.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
