Founded in New York in 2017, Crystalia has expanded its presence across the United States and works with clients nationwide, delivering custom solutions from initial concept through manufacturing, delivery, and installation.
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Project Management team and take ownership of client projects throughout the full delivery cycle.
This is a highly visible, client-facing role for someone who is comfortable operating at the intersection of construction, customer experience, coordination, and execution.
You will serve as the central point connecting the client with internal teams and will be responsible for ensuring that projects move forward smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and clients remain informed and confident throughout the process.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will take over projects after the sales stage and guide them from contract and prepayment through engineering, production, logistics, delivery, and installation.
You will work with multiple internal teams, maintain direct communication with U.S.-based clients, and manage a broad portfolio of active projects at different stages.
The role requires strong ownership, excellent communication, technical understanding, and the ability to stay organized in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Construction and renovation
Architecture
Engineering
Building materials
Glass and glazing
Windows, doors, façades, and architectural systems
Interior construction
Technical manufacturing related to construction

Candidates should have either:
Relevant education in engineering, construction, architecture, or another technical discipline
OR
Strong hands-on professional experience in construction or a closely related industry.
This role is not intended for candidates whose experience is primarily in IT, software development, digital products, automation, or AI project management.
Key Responsibilities




Lead projects from contract to completion Own the full project lifecycle, including:
Contract and prepayment
Collection of measurements and technical information
Coordination of engineering and shop drawings
Production preparation
Logistics and delivery coordination
Installation
Final project completion
You will ensure projects stay on track, deadlines are monitored, and potential risks or delays are addressed proactively.
Be the main point of contact for clients Maintain regular communication with U.S.-based B2C and B2B clients throughout the project lifecycle.
You will:
Provide clear and timely project updates
Explain project stages and next steps
Manage expectations around timelines, production, delivery, and installation
Handle objections, concerns, and escalations
Resolve issues professionally and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate cross-functional teams Partner closely with:
Engineering
Sales
Scheduling
Production
Supply Chain and Logistics
Delivery and Installation teams
You will ensure information flows efficiently between departments, dependencies are managed, and blockers are resolved before they impact project delivery.
Manage a high-volume portfolio Project Managers at Crystalia oversee a significant number of active projects simultaneously, often 100–150+ projects at different stages.
Success in this environment requires strong prioritization, attention to detail, consistent follow-up, and the ability to quickly identify what requires immediate action.
Maintain project visibility and accuracy Use ClickUp, HubSpot, and internal collaboration tools to maintain accurate project information, document progress, track action items, and ensure all stakeholders have up-to-date information.
What We Are Looking For
Experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, Construction Management, Operations,



or a similar role
Construction, engineering, architectural, or other relevant technical background
Strong experience managing projects through multiple stages from initiation to completion
Ability to manage a large and complex portfolio of active projects
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong client-facing communication skills
Ability to handle objections, complaints, and difficult conversations confidently and professionally
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks early
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
High level of ownership and accountability
Ability to work independently and follow issues through to resolution
Comfort working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Tech-savvy mindset and confidence using CRM, project management, and collaboration tools
