Key Responsibilities Partner with founders and hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of roles,



with a focus on technical and early-stage positions.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates in competitive markets.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to offer.
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards.
Provide market intelligence and insights on compensation, talent availability, and hiring trends.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a startup, scale-up, or tech-focused agency.
Proven ability to recruit for diverse roles, including engineering, product, marketing, and operations.
Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and the challenges of early-stage hiring.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment technologies; experience in a remote setting is essential.
