CDW is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to join a multicultural 24x7x365 Cloud Operations team. You will provide best-in-class customer support for AWS Cloud Infrastructure, handling incidents from monitoring tools through resolution in a timely manner.
You will triage tickets, respond to alerts, and deliver first-call resolution while maintaining SLAs. This position is 100% remote and based in Mexico, with opportunities to collaborate across general teams and contribute to continuous improvement
