The Project Management, Investments & Innovation Projects Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the execution and coordination of technical projects within the Technical Direction and Digital Transformation teams. This role ensures project alignment with the Innovation MRO roadmap and digital transformation strategy, fostering clear communication across departments and providing guidance in project management and governance to project pilots, including risk identification and management of scope.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of projects including those within digital transformation, innovation initiatives across the MRO network, SAESA shops, and Technical Direction's PDM projects.

Facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering and management teams, ensuring efficiency, compliance with deadlines, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.

Oversee budget control, monitoring CapEx and OpEx expenditures to ensure alignment with annual forecasts, and identify new opportunities for investment and asset optimization within the department.





Lead actions related to the risk management tool for Technical Direction, including planning and managing sessions, ensuring consistent follow-up, and maintaining the execution rhythm of operational initiatives. Monitor and report progress with accurate status updates for each identified risk, ensuring transparency and achieving objectives in a timely manner.

Manage and capitalize on local and overseas missions, business trips, and visits to suppliers or network sites done by partners into the Technical Direction, ensuring comprehensive follow-up of their action plans. Systematically document and integrate feedback into continuous improvement processes to maximize benefits for SAESA shops.

Perfil solicitado
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Business Innovation, Project Management, Business Management Engineering, or any related engineering field with a specialization in Project Management.

4 to 5 years of experience.

-Strong background in project management within technical environments.

-Experience in budget control and investment analysis.

-Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.

-Proactive mindset toward continuous improvement and operational excellence.

-Ability to oversee multiple projects and address risks effectively.
