**Job based in Cd Juarez, Chih. La Cuesta Plant MTO Division**

**As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for achieving the proposed goals with efficiency and quality with a high sense of performance of the staff in charge.**
**YOUR TASK WILL BE**
- **Information meeting with your group to know the results of the previous day, the goal of the previous day, the goal of the day and give feedback.**:
- **Delivery of material to the Specialist Technician.**:
- **Productivity and module rebalancing.**:
- **Keep your people and boss informed on time.**
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
- 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- English basic level.
