Cazeta is seeking a **Visualization and Architectural Production Specialist**to support an **international client,** a Texas-based design and architecture studio specializing in hospitality-driven environments.
Our client focuses on creating experiential spaces where atmosphere, user experience, and spatial narrative are prioritized alongside technical rigor and constructability. The firm works on real projects across the United States — including residential, multifamily, hospitality, and commercial developments — collaborating with developers, owners, and construction teams from conceptual design through technical and graphic production, always with a practical, build-oriented mindset.
This position will be based in Cazeta’s Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico office, providing full-time remote production and visualization support to the client’s design team.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Develop architectural and interior models using Revit, SketchUp, and AutoCAD, working in feet and inches as the primary measurement system.
- Produce high-quality renders and visualizations using Lumion, D5 Render, and Enscape.
- Create diagrams, presentation materials, and graphic content using Canva.
- Utilize artificial intelligence tools to support visualization workflows, graphic iteration, and production efficiency.
- Adjust models and renders based on design team and leadership feedback.
- Prepare graphic materials for internal reviews, client presentations, and partner coordination.




- Support the implementation of applicable codes and basic regulatory criteria within projects.
- Ensure compliance with established timelines, graphic standards, and quality benchmarks defined by the client.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in: Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion, D5 Render, Enscape and Canva
- Demonstrable experience in architectural visualization and graphic production (portfolio required).
- Active and practical use of artificial intelligence tools as part of workflow optimization.
- Comfort working with imperial measurement systems (feet and inches).
- Ability to work remotely in an organized, autonomous manner.
- Full-time availability during the designated working schedule.
- Degree not required; practical experience, execution capability, and portfolio strength will be prioritized.
**Preferred Profile**
- Experience working on U.S.based projects.
- Familiarity with hospitality-driven design concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and production accuracy.
