Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist in Program & Project Management to lead product delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage product roadmaps, and ensure successful Agile project execution.
Required Skills
8–12 years of experience in Program/Project Management, Product Delivery, or Agile Delivery.
Strong experience in Scrum Master responsibilities, Agile methodologies, and backlog management.
Expertise in roadmap planning, dependency tracking, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience managing multiple technical and business workstreams.
Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
Nice to Have
PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum Master, or Product Owner certification.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Exposure to cloud, AI, data, or digital transformation projects.
Spanish and English language proficiency.
