About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated
Intake Specialists
to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail while providing exceptional client service.
You will be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients, helping guide them through the intake process, documenting important information, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Intake & Client Services
Conduct consultations for potential new clients via phone calls and online inquiries.
Demonstrate empathy and efficiency throughout the intake process.
Sign up new clients electronically over the phone.
Answer client questions and provide appropriate solutions.
Schedule initial clinic appointments for potential clients.
Case Intake & Documentation
Review inquiry calls and emails from clients, law firms, lead companies, and clinics.
Ensure legal documents are properly processed, signed, and filed.
Perform data entry using questionnaires and case-related documentation.
Process legal documentation as required.
Client Support & Coordination
Assist walk-in clients when needed.




Communicate with referral firms and partner organizations.
Collaborate with internal departments to support client cases.
Connect existing clients with their legal teams.
Address client concerns while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.
Administrative Support
Route calls from insurance adjusters and medical providers to the appropriate legal staff.
Maintain confidentiality and protect client information.
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
✅ High School Diploma or higher
✅ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
✅ Customer service or call center experience required
Required Skills
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Empathy and compassion when assisting clients facing difficult situations.
Comfortable working with computer and telephone-based systems.
