We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong analytical, communication, and requirements management skills to support business and technology initiatives. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and support solution delivery in Agile and Waterfall environments. Gather, analyze, document, and refine business requirements with stakeholders.



Manage functional and non-functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct business process analysis and process modeling activities.
Support backlog refinement, prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery activities. Create reports and perform data analysis using SQL, Power BI, and Tableau. Communicate business requirements and technical solutions effectively across teams. SQL and Database Querying Power BI and/or Tableau Business Process Modeling Agile and Waterfall Methodologies Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and delivery quality, including: Microsoft Copilot Power BI Copilot Jira AI / Confluence AI Data analysis support Major medical insurance ~
