Accounting is responsible for performing day to day basic accounting procedures in regards to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Invoice customers for products and services supplied to them- Assure accurate and timely month-end closings of accounts payable & accounts receivable modules within the accounting system- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations Collect accounts receivable from customers- Set up new vendors- Prepare periodic reconciliations of other general ledger accounts process payments received from customers and other parties- Review and processes transactions between the Company and its vendors, in accordance with Company policies and procedures- Work with Sr.
Cost Accountant and CFO to assure that all accounting procedures are properly documentedKnow the requirements- Bachelor's degree on Accounting- Entry level 1-3 years of relevant work experience- English proficiency both written and spoken- Ability to maintain meticulous records, invoices, debits, and credits, enter Account postings- Financial analysis tools as Excel, Sage, ERP - SAP on Accounting functionality, etc.
