Financial Officers support the development and execution of financial objectives related to revenues, expenses, capital, and risk for their respective areas.
This includes partnering across other functions and Finance disciplines.Lead Financial Officer (LFO) teams are Finance partners to the functions and businesses they support.
This Financial Officer role will support the following responsibilities:Assisting the business / function in their efforts to establish and deliver financial objectives related to revenues, expenses, return on investment and capitalSupporting short and long term budgeting, forecasting and planning processes through engagement with functional partners such as FP&AResponsibilities;:Advising and partnering with key function / business stakeholders, such as leads and business execution leads, for financial business decisions and plansDeveloping and maintaining an understanding of the core mandate and strategic objectivesProviding insightful analysis that contributes to performance based outcomesSupporting execution of the team's strategic directionResponsible for supporting various financial aspects of the, including:Maintaining strong partnerships with heads and other functional partners to support and inform financial business decisions and plansPartnering with other Finance stakeholders to assist business / function in meeting their financial objectivesPartnering with other Finance stakeholders to assist business / function in meeting their financial objectivesPartnering with leads and COO teams to assess potential corrective actions for variances to financial plans through detailed analysis to determine best course of actionPartnering with COO teams on a variety of activities including expense optimization opportunities and initiativesProviding financial reports and analytics to leads, including key financial metrics, results,



trends and analysisAssisting in preparation of Quarterly Business Review materials with COO teams and other functional partnersAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.Qualifications:6-10 years of experienceKnowledge of and / or experience working with theFinancial management experience, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, analytics and analysisStrong analytical and communication skills and proven ability to influence a wide range of stakeholdersEducation:Bachelors/University degree, Master's degree preferred-Experiencia en FP&A; (deseable en ingresos).
