We are looking for an experienced Quality Interim Manager to join our team in Mexico (Saltillo / Ramos Arizpe) for approximately 6 months.This is a hands-on role for someone who can quickly understand the situation, bring structure where needed and work together with the local team to strengthen our quality performance.You will take the lead in the Quality area, support the team in solving current challenges and help us build improvements that last beyond the assignment.Who are we looking for?
At least 5 years of management experience in Quality within a manufacturing environmentExperience in interim management rolesA strong, hands-on approach - you are comfortable moving from analysis to actionAbility to quickly understand problems, set priorities and follow actions throughExperience in improving quality performance is a strong advantageIndependence and flexibility, combined with the ability to work closely with people across the organisationFluent English Spanish is an advantage,



but not a requirementAvailability to work on-site in Mexico for approximately 6 monthsWhat will you do?
Lead and support the local Quality team in their day-to-day workHelp stabilise and improve quality processesIdentify the most important quality challenges and turn them into clear actionsDrive root cause analysis and corrective actionsSet priorities and make sure agreed actions move forwardWork closely with Production and other functions to improve quality performanceSupport the team in developing sustainable ways of working and quality standardsShare your experience and knowledge to strengthen the team for the futureWhat do we offer?
