The role focuses on incident resolution, operational maintenance, and supporting cloud platform initiatives to ensure secure, reliable, and cost-efficient services.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L2 operational support for Azure and AWS environmentsManage and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure including VMs, networking, storage, and platform servicesDeploy and maintain cloud resources (VMs, Storage, NAT Gateways, Load Balancers/App Gateways, WAF etc.) using TerraformHandle incidents and service requests via ServiceNowSupport automation using PowerShell, CLI, or scripting toolsParticipate in cloud migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure lifecycle activitiesParticipate in a global on-call rotation#J-*****-Ljbffr
