Comfortable working with Excel (intermediate-advanced).
Ability to communicate clearly with directors and senior stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or similar.Experience in banking or financial services (ideally).
Agile certifications (Scrum Master/Product Owner).
