The JobThe HR Technology Analyst serves as a technical point of contact to provide product and subject matter expertise in areas of configuration, testing, data integrity, integrations, report writing and business process analysis with respect to all Human Resources and related/integrated applications.What you will be doingServe as the technical lead for Workday Payroll and Absence, and backup support for compensationWorking with Workday customer support and third party consulting firms to drive deliverables when external support is neededPartnering closely with strong functional Workday leads to troubleshoot and re‐design business processesConfigure business processes, calculated fields, and reportingPerform system audits and EIB loads to ensure HR data integrityEnsure data accuracy across payroll, absence, and time trackingLead Workday releases, testing, and system enhancement projectsTroubleshoot and validate payroll and absence related system outputs and resolve configuration, data and integration issuesPartner directly with Payroll and absence stakeholders to design scalable, sustainable solutions that ensure operational continuityMaintain business process frameworks, condition rules, and security roles aligned to enterprise data governance standardsServe as Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex Workday technical issuesWhat you likely bring2+ years of Workday technical experience with specifically with PayrollSolid understanding of Workday data structure, security, and business processesStrong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret, reconcile, and validate complex HR and payroll datasetsExperience supporting complex reporting and stakeholder needsAgility to adapt to change and ever-learning attitudeStrong understanding of Workday security framework and business process configurationExperience supporting executive-level reporting environmentsWhat could set you apartStrong expertise in Workday Reporting (calculated fields, dashboards,
