Junior Recruiter

A major company is seeking to add Junior Recruiters to its team to assist with candidate sourcing, outreach, and followup.

POSITION OBJECTIVE
Ensure consistent candidate followup, from initial contact through interview preparation and onboarding.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree or High school diploma.
Conversational English
Experience in recruiting, customer service, call centers, sales, administration, or HR.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ease in making calls and conducting followups.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills and aptitude for learning systems ATS.
Ability to handle high candidate volumes and multitask.
Proactive, engaging personality and resultsoriented mindset.
Responsible handling of confidential information.

DUTIES
Candidate sourcing and outreach.




Initial CV screening.
Followup via phone, text message, and email.
Interview coordination and confirmation.
Updating information in systems.
Assisting with the hiring and onboarding process.
