Production Supervisor

Major manufacturing company located in SLP

Objective
To ensure the stability, capacity, and continuous improvement of production processes through the standardization of cycle times, control of workinprocess WIP inventory, operational efficiency, and data reliability within systems, while guaranteeing compliance with IATF and customerspecific requirements.

Requirements
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Conversational English.
4 years of experience in the same position.
Experience in the automotive sector.
Experience in the operation and supervision of production processes.
Experience in personnel management.
Knowledge of IATF and Core Tools.
Experience in line balancing and time and motion studies.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Key Activities
Supervise and ensure proper production operations.
Monitor workinprocess WIP inventory.
Standardize cycle times and conduct time and motion studies.




Perform line balancing and resource optimization.
Train and provide followup for operational staff.
Monitor operational efficiency using OEE.
Implement improvements using Lean methodology.
Track KPIs and create performance charts.
Ensure compliance with IATF and customer requirements.
