Objective:

As a Senior Associate Data Scientist, you'll leverage your expertise in Gen AI applications to

provide strategic insights and solutions to our clients in the financial services industry. You will

collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and optimize processes through advanced

data science methodologies, ultimately driving client success and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

∙Develop and deploy Gen AI applications using prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented

generation (RAG), Agentic Frameworks, and finetuning techniques tailored to financial

services.

∙Utilize Azure cloud services to ensure scalable and efficient data processing and analysis.

∙Apply Python programming to create innovative solutions and automate complex

workflows.

∙Implement machine learning techniques, with an emphasis on tree-based models such as

Decision Trees, Random Forest, and Gradient Boosting.

∙Convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide strategic

guidance.

∙Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for technology-driven enhancements

and articulate value propositions.





Qualifications:

∙Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field;

advanced degree preferred.

∙Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science with a focus on building Gen AI

applications.

∙Strong expertise in Azure cloud services and Python programming.

∙Desirable background in machine learning, particularly tree-based models.

∙Full professional fluency in English (C1) is mandatory.

∙Former consulting experience is strongly desirable.

∙Advanced communication skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.

∙Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a detail-oriented approach.

∙Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also thriving independently.

∙Experience managing project timelines and stakeholder expectations.

∙Adaptability and eagerness to learn and apply new technologies and methodologies.
