This role supports the execution of roadmap initiatives and ongoing product improvements, working closely with Senior Product Managers, Engineering, Client Experience and other internal teams to ensure initiatives are clearly defined, well documented and successfully delivered.

Key Responsibilities / Main Duties Support roadmap initiatives from definition through release, ensuring scope, requirements, and dependencies are clearly documented. Translate product requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria that Engineering can act on. Maintain and groom assigned backlog items in Aha! and Azure Dev Ops, keeping status, priority, and documentation up to date. Coordinate QA, UAT, documentation and release activities across Product, Engineering, and client-facing teams. Support tactical product improvements, including smaller enhancements, defect triage, and usability fixes. Track progress on open items, follow up with stakeholders, and elevate risks or blockers early. Support stakeholder communication and internal training, including release notes, demos, and enablement materials. Helps analyze user feedback and product usage data to identify improvements, track performance metrics, and contribute to product strategy.



Build strong product and domain knowledge in order to take on initiatives with increasing autonomy Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related field Professional Experience 1–3 years of experience in product management, project management, business analysis, or a similar role Language Skills Fluent in English and Spanish, with native-level proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in both languages Core Competencies Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines Clear written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical audiences Collaborative approach to working across Product, Engineering, and client-facing teams Desired Qualifications / Experience Experience in Saa S, fintech, or B2 B software Experience working directly with engineering or other technical teams Exposure to wealth management, financial services, or other data-intensive platforms, prior exposure to these areas is beneficial but not required. Technical / Functional Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Proficiency with Figma for reviewing, annotating and referencing product designs Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle tools such as Aha! Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops or similar backlog and work-tracking tools Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting product documentation Familiarity with Claude or other AI tools to support research, documentation, analysis, and product workflows Work Style Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with strong organization, time management and attention to detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr
