We are currently seeking a Junior Salesforce Administrator for a company dedicated to providing legal services.

Objective
Provide operational and technical support for Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring proper functionality and continuous improvement. The role will troubleshoot issues, manage users, permissions, workflows and automations, perform system testing, and support system enhancements and documentation.

Responsibilities:
Provide L1/L2 technical support for Salesforce and other business applications.
Troubleshoot issues related to users, permissions, workflows, automations, configurations and data visibility.
Support Salesforce user management, roles, permissions and system configurations.
Monitor and troubleshoot workflows and automations.
Perform QA testing for new configurations, workflows, automations and system enhancements.
Document system changes, configurations,



issues and resolutions.
Identify recurring issues and support continuous system improvements.
Gather user feedback and translate needs into system improvements.
Support user onboarding and offboarding within Salesforce and other systems.
Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues when required.
Provide basic IT support for hardware, software and office technology when needed.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
Advanced English
Hands-on experience operating Salesforce
Knowledge of Salesforce administration, users, roles and permissions
Experience with Salesforce workflows and automations
