CIMMYT is seeking an experienced ERP Data and Analytics Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to support decision-making, improve business processes, and enhance reporting capabilities.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional skilled in data analytics, ERP system management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver actionable insights and facilitate efficient operations.

Responsibilities

- Manage data extraction, validation, and analysis within the ERP system.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support various departments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the ERP environment.
- Identify opportunities to optimize ERP data processes and workflows.




- Provide training and support to users on data-related matters and ERP functionalities.
- Assist in the implementation of ERP system upgrades and enhancements.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Proven experience in ERP data management, analytics, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Excellent data analysis, visualization, and reporting skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Experience in system implementation or upgrades is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
