VCAY Suites is a 39-suite hotel designed for families, friends, and groups traveling together.

We’re hiring a remote VA to run evening guest service and virtual front desk coverage.

This is a live guest-facing role: you must be comfortable appearing on camera when speaking with guests at the virtual front desk.

What you’ll do

- Answer virtual front desk calls on camera and help guests check in, find their suites, resolve access issues, and get answers during their stay.
- Monitor guest messages and calls across Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Canary, Mews, Dialpad, email, and Whats

App.
- Verify reservations and required check-in steps before sharing room information or issuing keys.

Check the physical units included in combined reservations.
- Review new reservations, cancellations, and changes; update the appropriate team chats so nothing is missed.
- Follow up on unfinished cleaning, inspections, maintenance, and guest requests.

Create or update Breezeway tasks and make sure each open issue has an owner and next step.
- Handle late arrivals and prepare a clear handoff for the 2:00 AM shift.

You’re a strong fit if you





- Speak and write excellent English and can stay calm and clear with guests on a live video call.

Spanish is a plus.
- Have experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, customer support, or a remote front desk.
- Can work independently, check the reservation and operating systems before escalating, and follow an issue through to resolution.
- Are detail-oriented with guest identity, payments, room assignments, and key access.
- Have a quiet, professional workspace, a working camera and headset, reliable internet, and a backup plan for outages.

Experience with Mews, Canary, Breezeway, Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, or hotel PMS software is helpful.

We provide VCAY-specific procedures and training.
