Objective: As a Senior Associate Data Scientist, you'll leverage your expertise in GenAI applications to provide strategic insights and solutions to our clients in the financial services industry.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and optimize processes through advanced data science methodologies, ultimately driving client success and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities: ∙Develop and deploy GenAI applications using prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), Agentic Frameworks, and finetuning techniques tailored to financial services. ∙Utilize Azure cloud services to ensure scalable and efficient data processing and analysis. ∙Apply Python programming to create innovative solutions and automate complex workflows. ∙Implement machine learning techniques, with an emphasis on tree-based models such as Decision Trees, Random Forest, and Gradient Boosting. ∙Convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide strategic guidance. ∙Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for technology-driven enhancements and articulate value propositions.





Qualifications: ∙Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. ∙Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science with a focus on building GenAI applications. ∙Strong expertise in Azure cloud services and Python programming. ∙Desirable background in machine learning, particularly tree-based models. ∙Full professional fluency in English (C1) is mandatory. ∙Former consulting experience is strongly desirable. ∙Advanced communication skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences. ∙Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a detail-oriented approach. ∙Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also thriving independently. ∙Experience managing project timelines and stakeholder expectations. ∙Adaptability and eagerness to learn and apply new technologies and methodologies. ∙Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
