Role Overview

In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruiting for a variety of positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand role requirements, shape sourcing strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience. You will help build strong talent pipelines, support hiring decisions with market insight, and keep recruitment activity moving with quality and consistency.

What will you do? Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback coordination, and offer management. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, define role profiles, and align on sourcing approaches. Create or refine job descriptions and support the development of effective hiring plans for each requisition. Conduct competency-based screening and coordinate interview panels and debrief discussions.



Build and maintain active talent pipelines through job boards, professional networks, referrals, social recruiting, and industry groups. Use platforms such as Naukri, Linked In, Indeed, and Workday to identify, track, and manage talent. Engage passive candidates and nurture relationships for current and future hiring needs. Provide regular updates, dashboards, and status reports to stakeholders to maintain visibility on hiring progress. Support offer approvals and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional recruitment process.

Nice to Have Experience with diversity hiring strategies and recruitment marketing. Exposure to employer branding initiatives or campus recruitment. Experience working in a tech, consulting, or multinational environment. Certification in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related discipline.
