Job descriptionImportant IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires:Business Analyst with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and Data IntegrationThe opportunityWe are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and Data Integration to drive Talent projects forward. You will play a crucial role in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring the seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other systems and data sources, contributing to the success of our Talent initiatives.Your key responsibilitiesRequirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document detailed requirements for Talent projects, including SAP SuccessFactors modules and data integration needsProcess Analysis: Analyze existing Talent processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions that leverage SAP SuccessFactors and other technologies to enhance efficiency and effectivenessSystem Integration: Work closely with technical teams to design and implement data integration solutions, ensuring the accurate and secure flow of data between SAP SuccessFactors and other systemsDocumentation: Create comprehensive and clear business requirement documents, process maps, use cases, and other relevant documentation to guide project implementationTesting and Validation: Develop test plans, scenarios, and conduct testing to ensure the functionality and integration of SAP SuccessFactors meet business needs and quality standardsStakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, project teams,



and technical experts to ensure a shared understanding of project objectives and progressChange Management: Collaborate with change management teams to support end-users in adapting to new systems and processes resulting from SAP SuccessFactors implementationsIssue Resolution: Identify and address project issues and risks related to SAP SuccessFactors and data integration, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolutionContinuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to business processes and system functionality.Skills and attributes for successSolid understanding of Talent processes and system functionalities, particularly within the context of SAP SuccessFactorsProficiency in data integration methodologies, including data mapping, ETL processes, and API integrationsExcellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirementsStrong documentation skills, including the creation of requirement documents, process flows, and test plansEffective communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration among diverse project teams and stakeholdersProficiency in project management software tools and business analysis techniquesDetail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, accurate resultsPositive attitude, adaptability,
