6+ years of experience in end-to-end accounting with strong US GAAP expertise~ Strong understanding of financial reporting, close cycles, and internal controls~ Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.)~ General Leadership Exposure: Work directly with US finance leadersDesign and transform finance operationsAI + Automation Exposure: Lead next-gen finance transformationCareer Path: Fast-track to roles like Finance Controller / Head of Finance
