Human Resources Advisor

to join our team at our

Apodaca manufacturing site

.This is a dynamic role with a strong focus on

Talent Acquisition across Mexico

, combined with hands-on exposure to broader HR processes, including

employee and labor relations, talent management, HR systems, compliance and continuous improvement

.

What you’ll doLead

end-to-end recruitment processes across Mexico

, partnering closely with Hiring Managers.Source, interview and assess talent, building strong candidate pipelines and delivering a great candidate experience.Advise leaders on

talent, performance, development and employee-related topics

.Support

labor and union relations

at the Apodaca site.Maintain accurate HR information and support processes through

SuccessFactors and other HR systems

.Participate in HR compliance activities and audits, including

IATF/ISO requirements

.Partner with local, regional and general HR teams to continuously improve our processes and employee experience.





What we’re looking for~ Bachelor’s degree in

Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field

.~3–5 years of experience

in HR and/or Talent Acquisition.~ Experience in a

manufacturing or industrial environment

is highly valued.~ Fluent English

.~ Strong communication, organization and stakeholder-management skills.~ Experience with

SuccessFactors, TRESS or similar HR systems

is a plus.~ Exposure to

labor relations, union environments, IATF 16949 or ISO audits

is highly desirable.~ A proactive, customer-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
