Medical Records Legal Assistant We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Legal Assistant to support our Personal Injury team by managing medical record and billing requests, communicating with healthcare providers, and maintaining accurate case documentation. Previous legal experience is preferred; Our client is a growing medical practice specializing in Family Medicine, Weight Loss Programs, Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), and Peptide Therapy. The practice serves a high volume of patients daily and requires a proactive, organized, and patient-focused Remote Medical Assistant to support clinical and administrative operations. This position plays a key role in patient communication, appointment coordination, laboratory follow-up, medication compliance tracking, and EHR documentation. providing excellent patient service, and collaborating closely with providers and clinic staff to ensure continuity of care. Full-time · Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm EST · Support Family Medicine, Weight Loss, TRT, and Peptide Therapy programs. · Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and laboratory testing requirements. · Support general administrative and operational tasks as assigned. 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant in an outpatient, family practice, internal medicine, weight loss, wellness, or specialty clinic setting. · Strong understanding of medical terminology, laboratory workflows, and patient care coordination. · Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. ·
