Job Description & Skill Requirement Key Responsibilities• Under the direction of the Product Development Engineering Coordinator, design, develop, and validate new HVAC products in line with customer requirements, technical standards, and performance specifications.• Create and maintain drawings, specification sheets, BOMs, CAD models, and test reports.• Participate in DFMEA, DVP&R;, and design reviews to ensure product robustness.• Work jointly with manufacturing, quality, purchasing, supply chain, and production teams to ensure overall design feasibility.• Implement technical improvements to existing products as part of redesign or cost-reduction initiatives (Value Engineering / VAVE).• Provide technical support during pilot, production start-up, and post-release phases.• Ensure proper management of engineering changes (ECOs / ECNs) for products under your responsibility. Language: English proficiency at B1 or higher (CEFR). Experience• Mechanical design or product design (2+ Years)• Manufacturing processes (metalworking industry desirable)
