You are responsible for the quality of the maintenance in the rooms ️ and common areas. Thanks to your sense of detail, Mama will remain as good as new, ensuring our guests can have a perfect experience. Direct coordinator between the subcontracting company & Mama, you control the work carried out and ensure the proper application of the cleaning contract. You coordinate with the various internal and external services. You’re in charge of the orders for the laundry and non-consumables (hospitality products and equipment in the room). As a head of service, you are on the lookout for any malfunctions ⚠️, comments, and customer complaints. ♂️QualificationsMADE FOR YOU?
