boyd thermal by eaton is looking for an accomplished and forward-thinking operations manager to lead our manufacturing operations and support the continued growth of our coolant distribution unit (cdu) business .

as demand for advanced thermal management solutions continues to grow, our cdu technology plays an important role in enabling the next generation of high-performance data centers, ai infrastructure, and advanced computing applications .

your impact

as operations manager, you will:

- lead day-to-day manufacturing operations supporting cdu and thermal management products .
- drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity .
- lead and develop high-performing production teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- drive lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, capacity optimization, and operational excellence .
- partner closely with engineering, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and hr to support business growth.
- establish and monitor operational kpis, identify opportunities, and drive sustainable improvements.
- support production ramp-ups, process improvements,



and manufacturing scalability as the cdu business continues to expand .
- build a culture centered on safety, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and customer focus .

what you bring

- bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience .
- proven success leading production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies .
- strong business acumen and the ability to translate operational challenges into measurable results.
- excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- english/spanish bilingual preferred.
