key requirements

- bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 7-10 years of finance/accounting experience within manufacturing or automotive environments.
- advanced english communication skills.
- strong knowledge of us gaap and financial reporting.
- experience supporting plant operations and presenting results to senior leadership.
- advanced excel and erp systems experience.

key responsibilities

- partner with plant leadership to achieve financial targets and forecasts.
- lead budgeting, forecasting,



month-end closing, and financial reporting activities.
- ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and controls.
